I recently purchased a 2000 Journey from a private individual who had lost everyone of the owner's manuals. Does anyone know where I can purchase a replacement set? I see that Winnebago sells their replacement owner's manual but how do I get a set that includes the water heater, chasis, engine, tv, radio, etc.?

Almost all manufacturers have all manuals on line. Here is a list of Winnebago suppliers

I believe John's suggestion is the best you will get. Each mfg (Atwood perhaps for WH, Cummins perhaps for engine, etc) normally has such info available on their website. You do need to have a model number or other identyfing info off the item you want the manual for.

Many of the "manuals" in the original owner's bag don't amount to much. I have downloaded several appliance manuals from various websites to get better info.

If you call Winnebago and give them your RV's serial number they can produce you a list of exactly what is installed in your RV. It will make the downloading much easier.

Thank you all for the information. I like the idea of getting the list from Winnebago and then downloading from the links John provided. I will do this and then update the forum on how it went. Thanks again.

I did that, printed a copy to put in a notebook on the RV and I have an e-copy on my hard drive.

Bruce,

Thanks for the advice. I called Winnebago this morning and they informed me that they only keep this information on file for about 4 years. Looks like I'm going to have to do it the hard way.

Well, at least you have the supplier links on their resources page. Get the model of the unit in your RV then scour the supplier's webpage. Doable but not easy.

Bruce,

Winnebago just called back. They found the hand written document that recorded all the model and serial numbers and they are going to scan it and e-mail it to me. I am very impressed with their customer service and follow up.
