Does anybody know of an RV Range Hood that vents out the top instead of out the back? My Vita has a window behind the stove so I can't vent directly out the back.......
Doing a quick google search, there are ductless range hoods in 12v models. In looking at the pictures of the vita units I would think that would be the only way to go.
It also looks like not much space between the top of the window and the bottom of the cabinet. If you put a range hood there it will take most of the window. In looking at the picture it also looks like the window slides to the left giving the opening to the stove side.
Good Luck

It appears that the Vita has a range that pulls any fumes down and vents out the front, right? If that's the case, then a powered roof vent, like a Maxx-Air, should be adequate to take care of anything that the range's venting system doesn't.
