We have a 2020 view, is the only way to access the rear camera is when it’s put in reverse, is there any other way to access the camera to see behind the coach. If we decide to tow, there would no way to view our car.

That is interesting in that Winnebago must have changed the setup.
Our 2018 Fuse sends the backup camera signal onto the "rear view mirror" screen and I can turn it on or off by just pushing the camera icon button on the "mirror".

I would assume there is a big folder of info with the new RV? It takes a while to get to all the info in there but I'm guessing there will be a folder/book for that part of the RV. On my old 2014, the backup view is automatic when first turning on the camera. Can't imagine you will not have something like that.

you'll have to wait till monday but if you don't get an answer by then call winnebago tech support at 1 (800) 537-1885.
I called Winnebago and they said it was MB issue, so i called MB and they said that the camera only works when the coach is put in reverse and that’s it. Bummer, looks like winniebago might have dropped ball on this one.
And a point that may help a bit? I find looking at the car is pretty useless when driving as it is always in the same place! I actually find it is a bit irritating to have the auto feature which always turns the camera on, as I don't want it distracting me while driving. So it comes on auto and I have to shut it off every time we get fully on the road.
