Just replaced the dinette in 2008 Destination 39w. Dinette came apart by removing screws. Seat belt bar removed and holes plugged with dowels and sealed against weather. Had a local cabinet maker build a cabinet, could have purchased similar at the local box store but wanted particular size.

All was removed with screw gun except 2 corners where plastic round edge was pried up to expose metal angle which was screwed in. I have a lot of pics. Seat belt bracket was removed. It was bolted through the floor. Filled holes with dowels and glued in
I dont have to disassemble the dinnett to get at what is stored there. Two file drawers and three others, 3 shelves and a table that extends for company.
What more could you want. BTW kids sleep on the sofa bed
