Satelitte Antenna 2015 Winnebago Vista 30T

Hello all,
I have a 2015 Winnebago Vista 30T. Does anyone know if the roof antenna also serves as a satellite dish? I can't find any info on this in any of the paperwork I have.
The rig is definitely pre-wired for satellite. I just don't know is I have to buy a portable satellite dish along with the receiver.
Any feedback is well received.
Thank you.

The 2015 Winnebago Vista came Pre-Wired for Satellite. Which only entails a sticker on the roof showing an installer where to drill to find wiring for installing a Satellite dish. The TV antenna is for OTA TV channels only.

This is detailed in your Operator’s Manual in Section 8 Entertainment. If you don’t have a Operator’s Manual here’s a link to the online PDF file for the 2015 Vista:

Here’s the section on Satellite installation:

Thank you for your response. I do have the owner's manual but it wasn't clear to me whether there was already a satellite dish on the rig.
you response clarified all of it for me.
Much appreciated.

I cannot tell you definitively that the motorhome does not have a SAT Dish. Your motorhome left the factory without a SAT Dish. But since you purchased it used only you can tell if a previous owner installed a SAT Dish at some point in the past or not.

All I can comment on is that the TV Antenna is not a factory installed SAT Dish.

I would guess there is not Sat dish. There is some help on sorting where one might expect coax to run and info on how to ID the markers on each coax. That is assuming the tape is still there!
https://www.winnebago.com/Files/File...ire_110138.pdf
This chart is a generic of how things were built. The trick is to sort which items your RV has and then compare your RV to the matching drawing?

One biggie to note is the color code on the drawing which should match up with your coax, if somebody has not changed things too much! Tape wrapped around the coax at each end?

https://catalog3d.winnebagoind.com/menu/Parts.htm

Then go here to find an interactive parts site to find locations of things like splitters! Drill down to your RV, go to electrical and finally down to TV/DVD wiring at bottom of last list. That should get a drawing at left and parts names in list at right.

Find name on list and click repeatedly to make flash in yellow on drawing? OR click on part on drawing to flash on list at right!
To keep an item centered while zooming turning, etc. click on plus sign at far lower left before zooming, then click on part on drawing to keep centered!
Takes a learning curve but nicer than crawling and taking off panels to find a small splitter!
