Tennessee Route 411

My GPS and Google Maps wants to route me on Tennessee 411 from Sevierville, TN to I 40 Southbound.

Is route 411 a good road for motorhome travel?

Has anyone taken this route in the motorhome?

Would it be better to head north to I 40 East.

We are heading from Sevierville, Tennessee to Savannah, GA.

Are they routing you down 411 to Cartersville, GA to pick up I-75 to Atlanta? If so, this Chattanooga resident can vouch that 411 is a good road. Pretty sure it's now at least 4 lanes plus a turn lane along it's entire length. However, Google maps gave me another option for not using interstates - and that's running US 441/US 23/GA 17/US 78/etc south which would be quite scenic, if somewhat slower. All depends on whether you're in a hurry or not. If you're in a real hurry, I-40/I-26/I-95 is the route.

But my signature says it all for me.

No. They are routing me east direct on 411. We will be heading to Savannah.
