THANKS! Winnebago Parts Dept Help

I have my Adventurer at a body shop getting a ding repaired. One of the final steps to finish the job was to install a piece of body trim and paint it to make the rest of the coach.

The body shop has having trouble figuring out the part number - so with WBGO's interactive parts list I found the part number and the body shop ordered it from WBGO. But the parts person got sick and didn't get the part shipped.

I'm leaving on a long trip and without the trim the job couldn't be painted and finished on time. So, yesterday I intervened for the body shop called Winnebago Parts. Luckily I found an ANGEL that understood the problem and overnighted the part to the body shop even though their shipping dept was closing within 10 mins of my phone call.

That's really great service and customer care and I just wanted to post my thanks. Parts dept employee Nicole James was the angel and gets a BIG thanks!
