In the basement storage compartment where the refrig/freezer is located --- it is completely soaked ---- should there be a drainage hose from the refrig/freezer unit for the condensation?? I assume that this is where the water is coming from

Bill-

What refrigerator do you have?

The Norcold 4 door has a tube that drips into a small cup that is next to the heater cylinder, and the heat causes evaporation of the liquid.

The Dometic we had in our previous coach had a drain tube that fed through an opening in the refer grill and drained out to the ground.

This is the unit under the coach that sits on a slide out tray, can be used for extra frig. or extra freezer -- depends on which setting you use, it plugs into 120V or 12V ---Bill

Sam, we don't have that fancy stuff.
Wish I could help with your problem but its out of my ken.
What was the fridge doing before you found the water? Running, Defrosting, Did you have rain before you found the water? This may give you a clue as to what is going on. Good Luck

One possible is that your black tank wash out line is leaking. The 2003 Ultimates have this common issue. Some wash their black tank bypassing the water pressure regulator and I think this may contribute to the problem. Many that have this problem also report water under the frig in addition to the wet bay. I have never had to repair this line (knock on wood), but it looks like a bear to get to.

To test for this was your black tank and watch for water. Good luck.

We have the Norcold Freezer/Fridge in our 2002 Ultimate Advantage....only time we have water with it is when defrosting...then we have to use a towel to soak up the water in the bottom of the unit....I have had water get in one of the compartments on the stor-mor slide,,,but after adjusting the locks,,,no more problem there...

I doubt it is the refer. as there is no water that gets outside the unit.
That compartment is right behind the front tire--check to see if there are any bolts or screws from the awning control box that need to sealed.
You might also check the compartment door seal to make sure it is sealed all the way around.
