Winnebago Reps

Are there any Winnebago reps that might find the time to view customer comments on this site? If so speak up!

I would say that someone high up at winnebago monitors this site and others, quietly. I really dont imagine that it would be in winnebagos best interest to defend themselves or chime in on a public forum. That said, i do hope that someone at winnebago is hearing about the many different problems and are working to correct them. I also hope they hear about all the happy owners as well.

I gave the Fleetwood customer service manager a link to the Fleetwood forum here a few years ago. He later thanked me. I suppose they logged on occasionally but they never shared anything about it with me. This was a personal thing as I owned a Fleetwood and wasn't a staff member at that time .

We've had problems with our rig but nothing I would call out of the ordinary for normal wear and tear. We bought our Winnie used with no particular reason to pick this brand. Just loved the 2004 Vectra 40AD floorplan. Now that we have had it for 5 years we would never consider buying another brand. Sure we could probably find another brand that is as good but Winnebago support and community has been great especially the online tech sheets and diagrams. Why mess with success.

We're very happy owners.

I have reasons to sincerely believe WGO staff monitor this site regularly. I also believe they are constantly working to improve their product. A well written letter to Winnebago Owner Relations is effective also. In dealing with manufactures we should remember the old saying. You will catch more bees with honey than vinegar.

I would not assume that threads on this forum drive awareness at Winnebago Industries of issues or questions. Talk directly to them via:

Kaputnick,
May I ask why you asked this question?

Reps from all the major mfr's monitor posts here. However, if your intent is to garner their attention, the best way to do that is to contact the mfr directly, as Randy stated.

Since Winnebago sponsors this and the related sub forums I'm sure they are monitoring them. From time to time there are posts from representatives as to where to find necessary information. I doubt they'll ever become involved in ongoing discussions.
