2018 View Owners in Austin Tx Area??

We own a 2018 24d Winnebago View, purchased used last year from a dealer who sold only travel trailers. We thought we could educate ourselves on the RV ( mercedes & Winnebago manuals were included )BUT after seven months of stops and starts we have some questions that we would like to run by an accomplished owner operator of a 2018!
Would be happy to visit first via email and prefer someone with-in 200 miles of Austin,TX. Its become pretty obvious that we need some in-person instruction!

You might see something for which you too are having questions.
While the paper manuals are nice, the electronic ones can be searched with a <Ctrl/F>:
