2018 Winne View, Model J slide out problems

Hello,
I have a slide out that has two drive motors on either side of the slide out. one goes out and the other wont move. In researching it, I think I need to have it ipen some to get to a set screw that holds the drive motor in. I can see a spring from the inside that might hold the motor in place. Not sure what type or brand of motor it is.
I would like some help on how to access the motor without tearing the weather stripping. I would also like to know if there is a module for the slide out. I can't locate on on the rig or in the manual.

I found this guy before. Long and detailed. I think I've narrowed it down to the Synch module. Yikes! 4-500.00 part. Oh the joys of an RV
