2019 era 70b Zamp solar error 601

Hello
Finally pulled trigger and purchased 2019 era 70b and we love it
Studying hard and reading owner’s manual
need help to troubleshoot Zamp solar error code 601 (battery disconnect or voltage ~ 3 v dc) I did contacted Zamp tech support followed their advices
By checking back side of wire terminal voltages (~19 v from solar and ~3 v to battery but unscrewed both wires to battery and measured voltage is 12 v)
According to Zamp tech support it is bad wire connection to battery. Possible inline fuse? ( isn’t it usually fuse blowing up and no connection at all)
I went under to agm battery but couldn’t locate the inline fuse
Appreciated Any suggestions/ advices in advance

Best regards
Chuck

Good deal! I had tried to answer on meassage but run into trouble posting pictures.
Let's see if this works better?

To check voltages without going to batteries underneath, can you get to the controller okay?
From this drawing:

We can get wire ID, which is on drawings as well as stamped on wire ends:

This seems where controller senses voltage. If not 12Volt and ground, we need to chase this connection back toward batteries under chassis. Possible corroded connections or batteries down.
If voltage here, try starting RV engine and expect this to jump high as it is connected to alternator.

There is a "mode solenoid" under the passenger seat that should connect the two batteries as the engine runs!

See if that makes sense and let us know?
I find I CAN post pictures here, just not in private message????

Sorry, struggling to get my computer/Winn11 worked out!
But one place that a fuse may cause a low voltage is not the fuse itself, but the connections!
Winn often uses a big fuse holder that has connections bolted on at each ends of a big mount! Those connections at each end can get corroded and casue a voltage loss. We don't get the best drawings for the newer RV but one of these fuses is labeled inverter fuse??? and located at the battery on passenger side as shown here?

Possibly just dirty/ corroded connections but we are hurting for the best drawings of where and how it is all connected!
