Our first RV just arrived. We drove it home from Tampa Fla and it is still sitting in the yard as we go over all the manuals. I am sure it will get easier but right now —- we are just reading.
My husband is consumed with the weight issue. I have to loose 8 lbs before we can bring on cast iron fry pans. First good incentive I hav had since the pandemic

Hi Moseyinn,
It looks like it is going to be a great motorhome for you two. What color did you get? If you factory-ordered it, how long did it take for the order to be filled? In November of 2018, it took just two months from placing the order to receiving it at the dealership. Now, I hear the wait times are much longer.
Welcome to the Forum.

We were very lucky ! Met a great sales person CJ from Gerzeny’s RV In Braydenton, Fla. Met him at the RV show and we stayed connected - We must have called 15 dealers around the country and got the same reply from all of them. 400 backed up - delivery maybe August or Sept . CJ found one, called us and now it is in our yard . We had just about given up - and stopped searching - My husband wasn’t sure but I was . I knew when I met CJ he would work with us and find exactly what we wanted - and he did . Roger owes me a dinner

Hi again Moseyinn,
You know, that really is wonderful to hear. CJ sounds like a very capable salesman, and he did what normally could not happen with these order backlogs. You must be a person of great faith and perception. Will Roger buy you a Lobster dinner?
Thanks, Eagle5

Welcome to the fun, Some sacrifices may be needed to keep the weight down . Nothing like iron to fry that fresh caught trout or potatoes and onions!
Regarding the manuals, you may want to consider downloading the PDF versions for easy access on the phone or tablet.
