Broken Levelor-how to manually retract

Hello, I was told I could relieve the hydraulic pressure to manually retract the broken leveler on my 2001 Winnebago Journey 36ft dl. It is the right rear leveler. I can't seem to find the pressure valve? or what ever to reduce the pressure. Any one know where it is? See pic
