Draining freshwater tank 1993 Winnebago Brave

Help! Installing a new water pump, but fresh water holding tank is full so water is pouring out of the line we need to hook up. How do I drain this water without a pump to pump it out? Thank you so much

Rhonda welcome to the group. Many things to touch on before I try and help.
You need to add your coachs information to the signature line, this will help folks get a better idea of your rig. Many folks here will be of great help but you will find that the more information you provide the better help you will get.

Why do you think you need a new water pump? Does it run but not pump, does it not run?

As for the drain of fresh water tank. Look under your unit for a hose coming through the floor. This should be close to were the water tank is located. There may be a cap or value at the end of the hose. Or depending on where the tank is located there maybe a value near the tank its self.

This winnebago page may give you some help. I looked at the plumbing page but there are different models of you brave year.

Good Luck/ remember here more is way better

Just wondering, does your model have a valve that allows the tank to gravity empty or does it require pumping?

I'm guessing you have a 1993 Brave 33RQ?
The owners manual may be a place to look for some good info as it tells how to ID the specific RV you have by checking a label next to the driver's left side.
It lists lots of important info to know when needing things like parts. RV are not always built on the same year model as the RV on top! You may have a 93 RV on a 92 chassis!

But the drains should be found in section 7-5 as this list.
