Ford 7.3 K&N Intake Mod on Adventurer

Hi Folks,
I have positive experience doing a K&N Intake upgrade to my 4X4 pickup and have scoured the Internet (at least I thought I was thorough) seeking anyone's experience doing an upgrade to the Ford 7.3 Godzilla motor on an Adventurer.

Will the straightforward system listed for the F-250 work in the Adventurer? Anyone else find a different intake upgrade they could share. I know the result will be louder under heavy acceleration (not the goal), but I certainly noticed 25%+ improved fuel economy. I completely don't expect 19MPG from a 18,000 GVW motor home, but 10% isn't off-the-charts unrealistic. (I hope).

Thanks.
Jim

I suspect you'll be surprised and disappointed in this ISO 5011 air filter study results.
