Hi & welcome! Just joined forum myself. Live in Denver area, make minimum of 4 trips/yr to Port Townsend where I have a fancy pole barn w 2 RV pads. Manage a community water system there and another in Oregon. Have had a place in PT about 15 yrs. Use my RV (Navion 24M) as the business office.
