Mice deterrent for our 2024 Minnie 2529RG
I have a 2024 2529 Minnie Winnie. Have problems with mice getting in.
I have tried spray foam insulation and tried many other mouse deterrents available from the hardware store.
Anyone else having this issue?
What suggestions can you recommend?

Greetings debabill,
I had troubles with horrible squirrel things getting into my engine bay, and I found that a 5000 Kelvin LED Light Rope keeps them away:

We did not worry about animals eating dead mice, so found just throwing rat bars back under things like the cabinet floors was a good stopper for mice as they found the bars before doing damage.
The type we used was a chemical which caused the mice to dry and that did away with any smell problems from them left dead uner the floor or cabinets.
We left them inside as well as several around the engine as a way to head off damage from ground squirrels/chipmunks that tried to stuff it full of acorns!

Debabill just a note to let you know that I added your travel trailer’s info to your title. You’ll notice it’s different than how you referred to it in your post.
A “Minnie Winnie” is a Class C motorhome and there is no model available with a 2529 in the model description. What you surely have is a 2024 Minnie 2529RG, which is a very nice travel trailer, but no motorized RV.
Winnebago has decades of Minnie’s, Micro Minnie’s, and, yes Minnie Winnie model names in their history. So, it’s easy to refer to your Minnie travel trailer as a “Minnie Winnie.”
But obviously, it’s quite important to make the distinction between a travel trailer and a motorhome when getting service, parts and even asking for advice on an RV forum.

When the rving season is over for the year and I put the old coach into hibernation. I am a believer in Bell and Howell electronic mice ulta sound device. As I am able to keep the coach plugged in all the time I use 4 of the devices and have had no problem. Now I will also say for the winter months I do also use moth balls. I will put moth balls all through out the coach.
For me this system has worked and keep me mice free for years.
Good Luck

We had no specific brand as favorite. But since we lived in a somewhat rural area overlooking a lake and often were gone from home, doing a bulk pack was cost effective. while there are tons of different types, we found the chunk type that we could toss farther seemed better!

The only thing that I have found to work is Enoz Old Fashioned Moth Balls.
https://enozhome.com/product/old-fashioned-moth-balls/
I have tried electronic ultra-sound devices, and peppermint oil. The mice still came in.
Put the moth balls in open plastic food storage containers, and put two inside and one in the pass through storage compartment.
In the spring, I crack open most of the windows for a few days and the moth ball smell is gone.

Greetings racer4,
Yes, good old-fashioned Naphthalene! It is more effective than para-dichlorobenzene. Treat them both as hazardous materials, to be sure.
