New Guy with a Vista 27PE

Just picked up a 2019 Winnebago Vista 27PE. Will be taking a maiden voyage to Death Valley National Park in a few weeks.


I will be posting some questions in the appropriate forums and am looking forward to leveraging the knowledge on the forum.

Welcome. We really enjoy our Vista. Did yours come with either the solar package, or the 2 AC units (50 Amp package)?

Only 1 AC, but since it is only a 27 footer, hopefully that will work.

The previous owner added two 100 watt solar panels on the roof and installed four 6 volt AGM batteries, so I am covered there. That was quite an investment as those batteries are pricey. In addition to the batteries in the step, he added a battery box in the storage compartment next to the step for the additional 2 batteries.

I have a 2019 Sunstar 27PE 29'. Have had a few issues with it and did quite a few mods but pretty well got it dialed in now. Feel free to ask any questions.
