New Member with 2024 View 24D

We have recently purchased a new 2024 Winnebago View 24D.

We previously owned a 2008 Navion 24J and a Meridian 39 Class A Diesel Coach , so not new to RVing with Winnebago but it's been about 10 years since we owned one.

We found one in Ontario that ticked all the boxes for us and plan to go pick it up next month and take a trip through the US on the way home back to BC.

It has all of the factory options we wanted and as a bonus it also includes an upgraded full suspension package from Super Steer.

Looking forward to getting back into RVing and getting the coach sorted out for extended travel.

Looks like a great one. We are currently going through a down cycle on RV, but the smaller may be one we choose later.

Being long term Winnebago folks are you up on lots of online things to look at while dreaming about getting hands on?
In the future we will be Winnebago shoppers-if we get that far! And one of the big reasons is the amount of help I can find to fix things that I know will go wrong with most anything I buy!
Good info here under the "owners" tab:

Don't skip over the interactive parts catalog, even if you don't need parts. It lets me do a lot of looking at thing I can't see without having to go out and crawl around!

A good way to study what you bought, even before you bought it!

Hope the new one works out as nice as it looks.

Richard, thanks for the info, I'll definitely be looking for more info as we get to know the 24D, so once we have it back home I'm sure I'll be asking questions regarding solar and battery upgrades, We have the Diesel Generator option but I would rather not have to run it too much when we are boondocking which is my preferred style of camping.
Also will investigate after market Navigation options which are RV specific, not sure if the onboard unit is going to suitable for our type of travel.

I checked out the links you provided, that's pretty cool, didn't know that existed.
