New 2024 Minnie Winnie 22R Owners!

Hi all! We just purchased our first Minnie Winnie (2024 22R) so that we are able to take our pups with us everywhere we go!
We are newly married and have 2 MinPins that we take EVERYWHERE!
I grew up with a motorhome as a kid (my grandpa had many!); however, I have never owned one myself (and neither has my husband!) so we are truly brand new/novices! We’ve already come across some questions that we’re struggling to find the answers to, so I wanted to jump on this forum to introduce ourselves, and to hopefully have a resource via folks that are much more experienced than we are!

Greetings JBPups,
I believe many of us use motorhomes so as to travel with our pets. As for me, I always travel with Grace.
How big are your MinPins? They sounds like cool dogs.
A grandfather with a motorhome is a good thing. I am sure it made many happy memories for you.
Welcome to the forum.

Your Grace is sooo pretty!
And yes, I have fond childhood memories.

Millie is a MinPin/Cocker mix (Cockapin) at about 21 lbs and 1 year old , while Scooter is a MinPin (almost pure!) at 14.5 lbs. They are both rescues and part of the family!

How has it been traveling with your pup? Are most places accommodating?

We sure love our furkids ! ❤️

As far as traveling with the pup, the only RV place at which we couldn't stay had a restriction for dogs over 10 pounds. It was a park near The Evergreen Museum. For most parks, the rules are to keep the dogs quiet, on leash, and not to leave scat on the ground.
Grace is now 120 pounds. She tells me it is because she is "large boned." (ha-ha)

Yes, and in addition to having your pups with you everywhere you go, you can avoid motels! Enjoy!
