New Winnebago owners

Hi folks, new to the site. I have camped for years in tents and pop ups. Wanted to take the bikes along with us so we picked up a 23FS Spyder TH.

Looking forward to learning from the site members.

Welcome to Winnie Owners, we are glad you joined us.

When you have the time, completing a signature with the year make and model for your RV can help others to help you if and when you need it. And you can do that here;

Hi I just got a new Winnebago Vita 24P excited to get started. I will take delivery May 22 any ideas on the solar panels on the roof. I see that they are screwed down, but concerned if the wind could peel off the panels from underneath the edges. I was thinking that it should be sealed from getting lifted by wind or rain

The 2 100W panels on the Spyder were adhesive mounted, no clips. They are the flexible type and very thin. I would imagine yours will be fine based on some of the installations I have seen.

We also just brought home a new Spyder 23FS Toy Hauler.
Thanks to T5miami for sending us a few pointers to look through on the walk through.

Hello Ironokole! What are your impressions of the Vita so far? I am considering a 24F.

I want to say hi and welcome to all but then point out a bit of "correction" which sounds like a gripe but not meant that way.
It is super to see folks add the info on their RV at the bottom as it does help cut the back and forth to get the basic info as there are tons of Winnebago still out there and looking for drawings is one way to get the exact right items. No point in looking at drawings if we don't know which one? Some even differ with different serial numbers!!
Also go ahead with a new post to get better attention to your problems as we sometimes look at one post and skip over later posts as something we already looked in on.
