Our first Winnebago! 2016 Sightseer 36Z

We are Dave and Laura from Pennsylvania. We recently purchased our first Class A motorhome, a 2016 Winnebago Sightseer 36Z. We have been rv-ing for many years but always in a Class C. We're looking forward to some snowbirding and occasional trips in our "new to us" rig and we know there's a lot to learn about driving and utilizing this rig.

Also looking forward to learning and sharing with everyone in this community!

I find that every RV is different and every RV needs some study to get the best use!
One of the things I like to know about before winter is how to avoid freeze damage. That might be right around the corner for you folks?
So maybe a pointer to some of the online help we get from Winnebago? It can really help and add to the owners manuals if we can get some PICTURES of the drain that may be hiding!
The Winn home site for a place to start:
https://www.winnebago.com/
Under the "owners" tab are links to lots of really detailed info. Things like parts drawings are on the interactive parts catalog. Maybe not to order parts but it lets you look around the RV without having to crawl! Play like Superman and look through the walls to see what that holding tank looks like and where those pipes hide in the walls? Looks like there are several different builds of your RV, so you will need to check the build date for exact but find something like this?

That can give a different view in a different way that can add to what we know!

And if all else fails, there are almost always folks here to talk it over!
Welcome and enjoy the new trip!
