New member. 2108fbs purchased in June24. Black tank valve handle has always had more resistance opening and closing. This week in New Mexico, the valve did not completely close. In trying to close it, the cable arm attached to the handle bent. Pulling to open I believe it fully opened. Used black tank flush line to clean tank , but the valve did not fully shut, so while the tank is empty, not sure how much residual matter is in tank. Not much I think.
